As the son of Co-founder and Chairman, Rick Hilton, and a member of the Hilton Hotel family, luxury real estate comes naturally to Barron. Born in Los Angeles and bred bi-coastally, he holds a deep-understanding of the local real estate market with an extensive network of qualified buyers and sellers which positions him to thrive in the competitive market of LA real estate. Specializing in the discretionary purchase, sale and marketing of estates in Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Brentwood, Holmby Hills, Malibu and Santa Monica, Barron has always had a knack for luxury and an appetite for success.

Prior to his real estate career Hilton worked in private equity as Vice President of Marketing for Bernstein Equity Partners in New York City. With his vast experience in marketing an array of fields, he continues to spearhead impressive marketing strategies with an avant-garde approach, always keeping clients and homebuyers engaged by thinking out of the box, separating his work from the traditional stale marketing trends. 

In his spare time, Barron enjoys a life of travel having Asia, Europe and the French Caribbean island of St. Barts as the regular destinations of choice. As a film director, Hilton is an avid supporter of the entertainment industry. A family man and a recent parent with his wife/real estate partner, Tessa Hilton, the two just had a beautiful daughter, Milou. Hilton works closely with the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, an organization that has awarded more than $1.8 billion in grants to charities worldwide that combat issues like disaster relief & recovery, foster youth, homelessness, safe water, multiple sclerosis, and mental health.
