About Kevin

Originally raised in Ohio, Kevin Anderson attended Loyola University of Chicago where he studied business management. Shortly after, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in marketing and sales in the insurance and automotive industries. During his decade-long tenure, Kevin mastered the art of negotiation and high-touch customer service.

This path would eventually lead to an opportunity to work alongside a renowned residential developer building homes in Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, and Brentwood which exposed Kevin to the Southern California real estate market where he discovered his passion for the business. In addition to a deep affinity for architecture and design, Kevin has experience with construction management, design, and the permitting process with different municipalities in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
